dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh řešení zateplení rodinného domu a cenová analýza. V teoretické části se budu zabývat problematikou cen, nákladů, kalkulací, financováním a stavebními materiály, které přinesou úsporu nákladů na top. V praktické části se práce zaměří na rodinný dům v obci Svárov. Zanalyzuje náklady na otop v současnosti a navrhne řešení, které tyto náklady dokáže snížit. Dále vypočítá dobu návratnosti investice, dle zvoleného typu financování a výši státní dotace z fondu Zelená úsporám.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of my thesis work is the solution for thermal insulation of the house and price analysis. The theoretical part will deal with the issue of prices, costs, costing, financing and construction materials that will bring cost savings on top. In the practical part, directly focus on the family house in the village Svárov. If we analyze the cost of fuel at present and suggest solutions that can reduce these costs. Next, calculate the payback time, according to the type of financing and amount of state subsidies from the Green Savings Fund.	en
