Energeticky efektivní rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby pro novostavbu rodinného domu ve Šternberku. Rodinný dům je navržen ve svažitém terénu částečně podsklepený s jedním nadzemním podlažím a obytným podkrovím. Objekt je navržený pro tří až čtyřčlennou rodinu. Půdorys domu je navržen ve tvaru písmene „L“. Nosné stěny jsou navrženy jako rámová konstrukce dřevostavby s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem, suterénní nosné zdivo je z betonového ztraceného bednění. Stropní konstrukci tvoří železobetonová deska a dřevěná trámová konstrukce. Zastřešení objektu je tvořeno sedlovou střechou s keramickou střešní krytinou. Částí objektu je garáž pro jeden osobní automobil.The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of the new building of the family house in Šternberk. The family house is designed in a sloping terrain partially underground with one above ground floor and residential attic. The object is designed for a three to four-member family. The ground plan of the house is designed in the shape of "L". The supporting walls are designed as a frame construction of a wooden structure with a contact insulation system, the basement is made of concrete lost formwork. The ceiling structure consists of a reinforced concrete slab and a wooden beam structure. The roof of the building consists of a saddle roof with ceramic roofing. Part of the building is a garage for one car.
