Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování stavební technické části projektové dokumentace pro realizaci stavby – Polyfunkční dům v Uherském Hradišti. Objekt je třípodlažní s obytným podkrovím a garážemi v suterénu. Pozemek je ve středu města Uherské Hradiště a jedná se o zástavbu proluky mezi stávajícími objekty.
