Abstract
Diplomová práce řeší novostavbu polyfunkčního domu v městě Třebíč. Cílem této práce je vypracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby. Jedná se o samostatně stojící objekt o pěti nadzemních podlažích a jedním podzemním. Prostory, které slouží pro provoz v prvním nadzemním podlaží a druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou provozně odděleny. Tři nadzemní podlaží jsou určeny pro obývání 30-40 osob.
Diploma thesis deals with a new polyfunctional building with in the town Třebíč. The aim of this work is to develop design documents for building construction. It is detached building with five above-ground floors and one basement. Spaces that are used to operate on the first floor and second floor are operationally separated. Three floors are intended for occupancy 30 – 40 persons.
