Návrh implementace metody Balanced Scorecard v podmínkách ČD, a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá hodnotením výkonnosti spoločnosti ČD, a.s. využitím metódy Balanced Scorecard. Teoretická časť práce popisuje koncept Balanced Scorecard a postup pri jeho implementácií. Ďalšia časť práce hodnotí súčasnú situáciu spoločnosti pomocou vybraných analytických metód. Na základe výsledkov analýz je následne vytvorený návrh implementácie konceptu BSC pre analyzovanú spoločnosť. V záverečnej časti práce sú zhrnuté možné riziká a predpokladané prínosy tohto konceptu.The Master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of performance in the company ČD, a.s. by using the Balanced Scorecard method. The theoretical part of thesis describes the Balanced Scorecard concept and the process for its implementation. The next part of thesis evaluates the current situation of the company by using selected analytical methods. Based on the results of analysis is created a proposal for implementation of the BSC method for the analysed company. The final part of thesis summarizes possible risks and expected benefits of this concept.
