Podnikatelský plán pro rozvoj malé firmy

Abstract

V této diplomové práci je zpracován podnikatelský plán pro rozvoj malé firmy. Práce analyzuje současný stav podniku, jeho možnosti a problémy. Především na základě analýzy trhu, konkurence a finanční analýzy předkládám návrh možných změn, které podnik bude moci využít. Tato diplomová práce bude sloužit majiteli podniku jako dokument pro uskutečnění navrhovaných změn.

In this thesis, is an adapted business plan for the development and endorsment of small business. The thesis analizes the current state of the company, its possibilities and the problems that may occur. I am putting forward a proposal of possible changes mainly based on market research and feasability studies on the competition and its impact on the business and the financial analysis derived from this to which the company would benefit and develop. This thesis will serve as a document for implementation of the proposed changes to the business owner.
