Současné řešení problematiky přídělových systémů

Abstract

Téma vychází z mé profesní praxe na katastrálním pracovišti, na které přešlo změnou působnosti katastrálního pracoviště kolem 80 nových katastrálních území, ve kterých se také dosud vedou tyto evidence pod společným označením „původ grafický příděl – GP“ a s plánovanou digitalizací a tedy odstraněním ZE (zjednodušené evidence) se došetřují současné zápisy vlastnických vztahů. V bakalářské práci se zaměřím na současnou problematiku nedořešených vlastnických vztahů přídělových systémů v praxi a jejich způsob došetřování v rámci jak KZEN tak současné digitalizace s právní oporou.The subject of this work comes from my professional experience in a land registry office, to which around 80 new registry districts (in which records are still kept under the joint designation “origin of graphic allocation”) were transferred as a result of a change to the jurisdiction of the registry office. The current records of ownership relations are being investigated along with planned digitalisation and, therefore, the elimination of “simplified records”. My thesis focuses on the topical issue of the unresolved ownership relations of allocation systems in practice and their method of investigation within the framework of both comprehensive collation of real estate records and current digitalisation with legal support.
