Vybudování účinného systému Competitive Intelligence ve společnosti XXX

Abstract

Tato diplomová se zabývá procesem zvaným Competitice Intelligence a dále jeho vybudováním ve firmě XXX. V první části práce je popsána současná situace firmy a teoretické předpoklady. Ve druhé části práce jsou uvedeny možné metody aplikace systému konkurenčního zpravodajství ve firmě XXX, jejich zhodnocení a následný výběr nejvhodnější varianty.This diploma thesis concerned with a process called Competitice Intelligence and the building this process of the company XXX. The first part describes the current situation of the company and theoretical assumptions. In the second part are shown possible methods of application of competitive intelligence in the company XXX, their evaluation and subsequent selection of the best alternate.
