Snaží se omezit zbytečnému plýtvání místem, ale poskytnout svým obyvatelům dostatečný komfort a svobodu. Pravidelný rastr dlouhých liniových domů protínají cesty ve tvaru křivek a rozdělují je na Řady. Struktury na pomezí bytového domu a ulice. Společná chodba, úložné či společenské prostory – esence bytového domu. Na druhé straně vlastní dům i zahrada. | cs |

It seeks to reduce unnecessary waste of space, but to provide its inhabitants with sufficient comfort and freedom. Regular raster of long line houses is being cut with curved paths and divide them into Rows. The layout of the Row is somewhere between the apartment building and the street. Common hallway, storage or social spaces - essence of an apartment building. On the other hand, everyone lives in its own house and posses garden. | en |
