Hájenka v Henčově

Abstract

Cílem zadání bakalářské práce je návrh hájenky na konkrétním pozemku v Henčově nedaleko Jihlavy. Hájenka bude mít dva funkčně oddělené celky. Záměrem bylo vytvořit funkční dispoziční řešení zohledňující potřeby rodiny v jednom celku a potřeby lovců, popřípadě jiných rekreantů, v celku druhém. Hájenka je určena pro čtyřčlennou rodinu a čtyři lovce. Oba celky jsou navrženy z cihelných tvárnic POROTHERM s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ISOVER. Základy jsou tvořeny betonovými pasy. Střecha je sedlová zateplená nad krokvemi s betonovou skládanou krytinou. Cílem architektonického návrhu bylo sepětí objektu s okolní přírodou. K tomu má přispět i částečné obložení hájenky dřevem.The aim of my bachelor’s thesis was to design a gamekeeper´s lodge located on a particular building plot in Henčov near the city of Jihlava. The gamekeeper´s lodge will comprise two functionally separate units. The intention was to create a functional layout adapted to the needs of a family in one unit, and the needs of hunters (or possibly other vacationers) in the other unit. The gamekeeper´s lodge is designed for a family of four and four hunters. Both units are designed to be made from POROTHERM brick blocks with ISOVER contact thermal insulation system. For foundations, concrete strips will be used. There will be a gable roof insulated above the rafters which are to be covered with concrete discontinuous roofing. The aim of the architectural design was to make the house smoothly blend with the surrounding landscape. In order to achieve this, partial wooden panelling of the outer walls will be used.
