Novostavba rodinného domu

Abstract

Předmětem projektu je novostavba samostatně stojícího rodinného domu v katastrálním území obce Králův Dvůr. Jedná se o objekt se dvěma nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím navrženým pro čtyři osoby. V suterénu se nachází garáž, sauna s odpočívárnou a posilovna. Hlavní vstup je z prvního podlaží, kde se nachází místnosti pro denní provoz. V druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází místnosti pro odpočinek – noční část objektu. Objekt je zastřešen sedlovou střechou s pultovými vikýři. Nad částí objektu je plochá střecha řešená jako terasa. Fasáda je z části řešena omítkou bílé barvy a na části jsou obkladové desky imitující dřevo.The project is a newly built detached family house in the cadastral municipality Králův Dvůr. It is a building with two floors and a basement designed for four people. In the basement there is a garage , sauna with rest room and gym. The main entrance is on the first floor , where there is room for daytime operation. On the second floor there is a room for rest - Night of the object. The building is covered gable roof dormers with aisle . Above the building is designed as a flat roof terrace . The facade is made of white plaster solved and the parts are facing imitating wood .
