Abstract

Má diplomová práce zaměřená na téma „Specifika vedení a řízení spolupracovníků ve stavební firmě“ ve své první části nejprve charakterizuje obor stavebnictví a stavební podnik a jeho okolí. Dále se zabývá teorií vedení a řízení spolupracovníků a teorií motivace pracovníka. V praktické části pak zkoumá v jaké míře se odráží specifičnost stavební výroby do osobních a profesních vztahů mezi spolupracovníky.My thesis is focused on the theme "The specifics of leadership and management of associates in the construction company”. First section describes the construction, building company and its surroundings. Than it deals with theories of associates leadership and management and employee motivation theories. In the practical part it examines to what extent the specificity of construction reflects in the personal and professional relationships among colleagues.
