Dům s pečovatelskou službou v Brně – stavebně technologický projekt

Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce je příprava stavebně technologický projekt pro Dům s pečovatelskou službou v Brně. Jedná se o dvě budovy, první budova má 3 nadzemní podlaží. Druhá budova je částečně podsklepena a má dvě nadzemní podlaží. Tato práce řeší technickou zprávu ke stavebně technologickému projektu, širší dopravní vztahy s návrhy dopravních tras, časový a finanční objektový plán a studii realizace hlavních technologických etap. Práce také řeší návrh zařízení staveniště, časový plán, návrh stavebních strojů a mechanizace, plán zajištění zdrojů a technologické předpisy pro monolitické stropní konstrukce. Součástí jsou i kontrolní a zkušební plán, plán BOZP, hluková studie.

The content of this thesis is the preparation of a construction technology project for a nursing home in Brno. It consists of two buildings, the first of which has three above-ground floors. The second building has a partial basement and two above-ground floors. This thesis addresses the technical report for the construction technology project, broader transport connections with proposed transport routes, a time and financial plan for the project, and a study of the implementation of the main technological stages. The thesis also addresses the design of the construction site, the time schedule, the design of construction machinery and mechanization, the resource procurement plan, and the technological regulations for monolithic ceiling structures. It also includes an inspection and testing plan, an occupational health and safety plan, and a noise study.
