První srovnávací analýza je amoeba management systém s divizionální organizační strukturou. Druhá je srovnávací analýza fraktální a maticové organizační struktury. Výstupy z těchto analýz pomáhají určit klíčové parametry pro řízení podniku, na základě kterých je navrhnuta organizační struktura pro efektivní řízení podniku. | cs |
