Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na posouzení informačního systému rozvíjející se marketingové agentury a následnými návrhy na zlepšení jeho součástí. Teoretická část práce popisuje význam informačního systému ve firmě, jeho součásti i způsoby distribuce. Analytická část se zabývá strategickými analýzami firmy i jejího okolí a popisem aktuálního stavu informačních systémů firmy. Závěrečná část se věnuje návrhům změn pro zlepšení situace v oblasti informačních systémů a ekonomickému posouzení navrhovaných změn.The diploma thesis focuses on the assessment of the information system of a developing marketing agency and subsequent proposals for the improvement of its components. The theoretical part describes the importance of the information system in the company, its components and methods of distribution. The analytical part deals with strategic analysis of the company and its surroundings and a description of the current state of the company's information systems. The final part deals with changes proposed to improve the situation in the field of information systems and economic assessment of the changes proposed.
