dc.description.abstract	Predmetom bakalárskej práce je novostavba rodinného domu s predajňou cyklo súčiastok a servisom bicyklov v katastrálnom území obce Česká v zástavbe rodinných domov. Objekt je dvojpodlažný, nepodpivničený, tvorený prvým a druhým nadzemným podlažím. K rodinnému domu prilieha pristavaná garáž. Rodinný dom je navrhnutý ako jednogeneračný (pre štvorčlennú rodinu), garáž je určená pre jeden osobný automobil a v predajni sa počíta s dvoma pracovníkmi – predavač a servisný technik. Z obytnej časti je zabezpečený prechod do garáže a predajne. Nad garážou sa nachádza strešná terasa s prístupom z druhého nadzemného podlažia objektu. Objekt je založený na základových pásoch z prostého betónu, nosný systém je tvorený keramickými tvárnicami Porotherm, stropné konštrukcie sú z keramických stropných vložiek a nosníkov Porotherm. Zastrešenie budovy je riešené jednoplášťovou plochou strechou. Hlavný vstup do budovy je orientovaný na sever, obytná časť domu je orientovaná na východ, západ a juh.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of newly-built detached house with the bicycle components shop and bicycle service in the cadaster unit of municipality Česká in the development of detached houses. It is a two-storey building, cellarless, consisting of the first and second storey. The built-in garage abuts to the detached house. The building is designed for one generation (a family of four people) with a garage for one automobile and in the shop there are two employees – a salesman and a service technician. The passage to the garage and shop is provided from the living area of the building. The roof terrace with access from the second storey of the object is located above the garage. The object is built from the strips of plain concrete, the structural system consists of Porotherm clay blocks and the floor structures are formed by ceramic fillers and Porotherm beams. The roofing of the building is realized by the warm flat roof. The main entrance into the building is oriented to the north, the living area of the house is oriented to the east, west and south.	en
