dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku kalkulace s využitím standardů času stavebních prací. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy týkající se kalkulace nákladů, prvků pro přerušení tepelných mostů a standardů času. Případová studie této práce je zaměřena na porovnání nákladů dvou variant vyložené balkonové konstrukce, která je chráněna proti tepelným mostům. Porovnání je prováděno pomocí kalkulace, která byla provedena v počítačovém programu. Na výsledek kalkulace měla vliv cena materiálů, která byla zjištěna průzkumem a standardy času, které byly vytvořeny pomocí časového měření.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis is focused on costing with using time standards of construction works. In the theoretical part are described notions relating to costing, thermal bridges and standard time. Case study of this thesis is focused on costs comparison of two variants balcony design which are protected against thermal bridges. Comparison is performed by costing which is performed using costing computer program. The result of costing was affected by product prices which was found by research and by time standards which was created using a time measurement.	en
