Abstract
Projekt řeší stavbu bytového domu s ateliérem v Krumvíři. Objekt je podsklepen a má 3 nadzemní podlaží. Ve sklepě jsou sklady, kotelna a garáže, v 1NP je ateliér se zázemím a byt pro hendikepované. V dalších nadzemních podlažích jsou byty. Dům je v mírném svahu.
The project deals with a apartment building with atelier in Krumvíř. The building has a basement and has 3 floors. In the basement are warehouses, boiler room and garages, in the 1st floor is a atelier with support facilities and apartment for handicapped . The other floors are apartments. The house is on a gentle slope.
