dc.description.abstractThe main object of this article is the design and implementation of an automatic timing system for fire sports, which includes time measurement, automatic target discharging and a large-format display to show the results. The system is based on Arduino and uses modules of this platform. Due to the distances involved, the use of wireless communication is also described. The possibility of extending the system with additional features and functions is also discussed.en
