Abstract

Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá významem třídění ve stavební výrobě. Popisuje historický vývoj a význam klasifikací ve stavebnictví. Sleduje použití klasifikací a třídníků v praxi a využití v české legislativě. Praktická část se zabývá příklady zatřídění konkrétních stavebních objektů a stavebních prací. Část práce se zabývá zjištěním ceny rodinného domu v jiném období, než byla plánovaná výstavba.The theoretical part of the bachelor´s thesis discusses the importance of classification in construction. It describes the historical development and the importance of classification in the construction industry. Monitors use classifications and classifications in practice and use in the Czech legislation. The practical part deals with specific examples of classification of buildings and construction work. Part of the work is concerned with finding house prices in a period other than the planned construction.
