Management rizik ve strojírenské firmě

Abstract

Cílem předložené diplomové práce je provést komplexní analýzu řízení rizik ve strojírenské firmě EST Stage Technology, a.s. V první části práce byla provedena teoretická studie zaměřená na management rizik z ekonomického a technického hlediska. Následující kapitola se zabývá případovou studií obsahující popis dané společnosti s ohledem na její historii, oblast podnikání a vybrané ekonomické ukazatele. V této části je také provedena PESTLE a SWOT analýza. Další část páce se zabývá poměrovými ukazateli rentability, likvidity, aktivity a zadluženosti. Následně je podrobně popsán proces řešení průmyslové zakázky. Poslední část diplomové práce se zabývá analýzou způsobů, důsledků a kritičnosti poruch metodou FMECA, kdy je proveden detailní rozbor chyb, které mohou nastat v různých fázích řešení zakázky. Jsou zde rovněž uvedeny i následky a příčiny těchto chyb, přičemž jsou navržena opatření, která snižují míru rizika dané chyby na přijatelnou úroveň.The aim of the diploma thesis is to provide a complex analysis of risk management in engineering company EST Stage Technology a.s. In the first part of the thesis, the research study focused on the risk management from the economic and technical point of view was conducted. The next chapter deals with case study including the description of mentioned company, considering the history, business sector and selected economic indicators. In this part, PESTLE and SWOT analysis is also performed. Further part provides the analysis of profitability, liquidity, activity and debt indicators. The following chapter describes the process of industrial contract solution. The last part of the diploma thesis deals with the failure mode, effects and criticality analysis (FMECA). The detailed analysis of failures, which can arise in various phases of contract solution, is provided. The causes and consequences of that failures are also mentioned, while the measures lowering the risk of particular failure to acceptable level are suggested.
