Abstract

Z dříve vypracované studie v předmětu AG33, vznikla následující bakalářská práce, která tuto studii dále rozvádí do stupně Dokumentace pro stavební povolení a Dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Téma práce má název Kulturní centrum Brno. Navrhovaná stavba se nachází v městské části Brno-střed, území je vymezeno svahem a úpatím hradu Špilberk při ulici Údolní v kontextu s přiléhajícím parkem Obilního trhu. Stavba je koncipována jako polyfunkční kulturní centrum se zaměřením na různorodé volnočasové aktivity lidí každého věku zahrnující uměleckou tvorbu, vzdělání, pohyb a celkový rozvoj osobnosti. Hlavní myšlenkou bylo vytvoření prostoru pro lidi, kde by se mohli volně sdružovat, kulturně se vzdělávat, vykonávat rekreační i pohybové aktivity a zároveň si mohli odpočinout od rychlého tempa života. Jednopodlažní objekt má tvar písmene U a díky svému uspořádání jednotlivých částí přirozeně vytváří předprostor pro veřejnost. Pochozí vegetační střecha navrhované stavby rozšiřuje pobytovou plochu kulturního života.Earlier study in the subject AG33 gave form to the following bachelor’s thesis which further develops the study into the level of Building permit documentation and Documentation for execution of the project. The theme of this work is Cultural center Brno. Designed building is situated in the center part of the city of Brno. Building site is surrounded from the south by a hill with a castle Spilberk and from the north by the Udolni Street in a context with a park Obilni trh on the other side of this street. This building is designed as a cultural center with many leisure activities for people of any age, including: making of art, education, sport and self-growth development. The main idea was to create a public space for people, where they could get together at any time and hang out, get cultural education or play a sport and at the same time take a little break from the rush of life. This single-storey building takes a U-shape a thanks to the arrangement of all parts – naturally creates space for public. There is also a green roof which expands living area of cultural life.
