Konstrukce frézovacího stroje

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zjednodušená konstrukce frézovacího stroje. V první části je provedena rešerše frézovacích strojů. Na základě této rešerše je určena oblast použití konstruovaného stroje a jeho základní parametry. Následně jsou provedeny základní výpočty a navrženy pohony stroje. Součástí práce je zjednodušený 3D model, vytvořený v programu Autodesk Inventor Professional 2010, výkres sestavy a kusovník konstruovaného stroje.The subject of this bachelor paper is a simplified construction of a milling cutter machine. The first part is the background research of the milling cutter machine. On the basis of this research the sphere of using of the designed machine and its basic parameters are determined. Afterwards the basic calculations are made and the drives of the machine are designed. A simplified 3D model created in the program Autodesk Inventor 2010, a design of the group and a piece list of the designed machine are the part of this paper.
