| dc.description.abstract | Riešené územie sa nachádza na západnom brehu rieky Svitavy pozdĺž ulice Masná. Dochádzková vzdialenosť do centra je približne 10 minút. V areály bývalých mestských jatok je väčšina plochy nevyužitá a nezastavaná . Parcely sa nachádzajú v priemyslenej časti Brna.Cieľom nášho urbanistického návrhu bolo oživiť územie blízko priemyselnej zóny a pridať objekty s funkciou služieb a bývania, ktoré tu chýbajú. Hlavným cieľom je spojiť rieku s mestom a využiť jej potenciál. Bytový dom je navrhnutý v radovej zástavbe ako koncový. Na južnej strane sa nachádza pobytové schodisko, ktoré prepája pešiu zónu a náplavku. Fasáda otočená smerom k rieke je tvorená prevažne presklenými plochami a poskytuje väčší výhľad na rieku a viac svetla do interiéru. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The reconciled territory is situated on the western bank of the Svitavy River along Masná Street. Approximate distance to the center is circa 10 minutes. In the area which was used to abattior , most of it´s part is unused and unbuilt. The parcels are located in the industrial part of Brno. The aim of our urban design was to revive the area near the industrial zone and to add objects with function of services and housing that are missing here. The main objective is to connect the river with the city and to use its potential. The block of flats is designed as an end house. On the southern side there is a stairway that connects the pedestrian zone and the riverside. The facade facing the river is predominantly glazed and provides more view of the river and more interior lights. | en |
