Financování a řízení stavební zakázky

Abstract

Téma bakalářské práce je financování a řízení stavební zakázky. Bakalářská práce obsahuje dvě hlavní části – část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů stavební podnik, stavební zakázka, řízení stavební zakázky, možnosti financování a finanční analýza. Praktická část se zabývá konkrétní stavební zakázkou, finanční analýzou, propočtem finančního plánu a porovnáním plánovaného a skutečného stavu.The theme of this thesis is financing and management of building order. Bachelor´s thesis contains two main parts – theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the concepts of construction company, building order, construction contracts management, financing options and financial analysis. The practical part deals with specific building contract, financial analysis, the calculation of the financial plan and comparing of planned and actual status.
