Príprava realizácie bytového domu na Peknom poli v Trnave

Abstract

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je technologické a organizačné riešenie výstavby bytového domu s vybavenosťou v lokalite Trnava – Pekné pole VII. Práca sa zameriava na návrh postupu realizácie stavebných konštrukcií, spracovanie výkazu výmer, časového plánu a návrh organizácie výstavby vrátane zariadenia staveniska. Výsledkom je komplexný stavebno-technologický návrh výstavby bytového domu zohľadňujúci technické požiadavky objektu, bezpečnosť práce a efektívne riadenie stavebného procesu.The aim of this diploma thesis is the technological and organizational design of the construction of a residential building with amenities in the locality Trnava – Pekné pole VII. The thesis focuses on proposing the sequence of construction works, preparing the bill of quantities and the construction schedule, and designing the site organization including the site facilities. The outcome is a comprehensive construction-technological concept for the execution of the building that respects the technical requirements of the structure, occupational safety and efficient management of the construction process.
