Optimalizace logistiky skladu klínových řemenů dle četnosti odběrů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku týkající se skladu klínových řemenů ve společnosti RUBENA, a.s. Práce je složena z teoretické, analytické a návrhové části. První část obsahuje teoretické poznatky z logistiky a její pojmy. V druhé části je analyzován současný stav fungování logistiky skladu klínových řemenů ve společnosti RUBENA, a.s. Výstupem je navrhnuté řešení efektivního uspořádání skladu klínových řemenů tak, aby nejvíce odebírané položky byly, pokud možno, nejblíže k místu vyskladňování a došlo tak k úspoře času.The Bachelor thesis focuses on the area relating to warehouse of V-belts in the company RUBENA, a.s. The thesis consists of theoretical, analytical and proposal parts. The first part includes theoretical knowledge from logistics and its terms. In the second part there is analysis of the current state of the keeping V-belts warehouse in the company RUBENA, a.s. The output of thesis is the proposed solution how to efficiently sort out the V-belts warehouse so the most frequently delivered items are as close to the internal expedition point as possible which brings the benefit of time saving.
