Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce popisuje jednotlivé formy financování bydlení a analyzuje možnosti refinancování hypotečního úvěru po skončení fixace úrokové sazby na modelovém příkladu. Pozornost je zaměřena hlavně na hypoteční úvěry, úvěry ze stavebního spoření, včetně úvěrů překlenovacích a dalších možných kombinací
The bachelor thesis describes the different forms of housing financing and analyzes the refinancing possibilities of a mortgage loan after the fixation of the interest rate on a model example. Attention is focused mainly on mortgage loans, building savings loans, including mezzanine loans and other possible combinations.
