Objekt je navržen jako nepodsklepený, dvoupodlažní, se sedlovou střechou. V 1NP se nachází kadeřnictví a obytné místnosti pro denní užívání, ve 2NP část klidová s ložnicemi a dětskými pokoji. The building is designed without cellar, with two floors, gabled roof.
