Návrh informačního systému

Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom informačného systému na zber dát z dodávateľských faktúr pre účtovnú kanceláriu Argania, spol. s r. o. Navrhnutý systém pozostáva z troch častí: DMS, systému na zber dát postavenom na AWS a z následného napojenia na účtovný software. Hlavným dôvodom návrhu systému, ktorý je opísaný v tejto práci je trend automatizácie podnikových procesov, ktorý prenikol aj do účtovníctva. Prínosom systému je napríklad časová úspora, úspora nákladov, väčšia informovanosť klientov a transparentnejšie vedenie ich účtovníctva.This bachelor thesis focuses on the information system design for data capturing from invoices for an accounting company Argania, ltd. Designed system consists of 3 parts: DMS, data capturing system build on AWS and connection to the accounting software. The main reason for the design of the system, which is described in this thesis is a trend of automatization of business processes, which we can see also in the accounting. Benefits of the designed system are for example saving of time, saving of costs, better communication with clients and providing more transparent bookkeeping for them.
