dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce řeší návrh rodinného domu ve Zlíně. Objekt je navržen jako víceúrovňový a kopíruje svažitý terén. Svah je orientovaný na jižní stranu. Podlaží objektu jsou umístěna ve třech úrovních. Vstup do domu je řešen v prostřední části, orientované na sever. V této části je dále umístěn schodišťový prostor, technická místnost a WC. Ve snížené úrovni se nachází společenský prostor, pracovna a komora. Ložnice s šatnou, dva pokoje a dvě koupelny jsou umístěné ve zvýšené úrovni. Společenská i klidová zóna jsou orientovány na jižní stranu s výhledem. Svislé konstrukce jsou navrženy z vápenopískových cihel. Strop nad nejnižší úrovní je ze železobetonové monolitické desky. Objekt je zastřešen pultovou střechou se sklonem 7°.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This Bachelor´s thesis deals with the creation of a plan for a detached house in Zlín. The building is designed as a multi-level dwelling and follows the sloping terrain. The slope is oriented to the south side and there are three storeys to the building The entry to the house is located in the middle storey, faces north. In this section is further situated the staircase, utility room, WC and hall. In the lower level there is a social room, study and storage. Three bedrooms, a dressing room and two bathrooms are located in the higher level. A social and a quiet zone are oriented to the south side and have with a view. Vertical structures are designed from sand-lime bricks. The ceiling above the lowest level is a reinforced concrete slab. The building is covered with a shed roof with a slope of 7 degrees.	en
