Rodinný dům s provozovnou

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu rodinného domu. Objekt je umístěn v obci Drahobuz v rovinatém terénu a je koncipován pro bydlení čtyřčlenné rodiny. Rodinný dům je navržen jako samostatně stojící jednopodlažní částečně podsklepený s obytným podkrovím. Součástí domu je i provozovna PC servisu. Hlavní vstup do objektu je v úrovni 1NP situován na sever. Hlavní pobytové místnosti jsou orientovány na jih. Svislé konstrukce jsou tvořeny keramickými tvárnicemi. Stropní konstrukce tvořeny cihelnými vložkami miako a keramobetonovými stropními nosníky. Rodinný dům je zastřešen sedlovou střechou. Projekt byl zpracován pomocí počítačového programu ArchiCAD. Při zpracování byl kladen důraz na správné dispoziční řešení, architektonické řešení, statické požadavky a bezpečné užívání stavby.The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a detached house. The object is located in the town of Drahobuz in a flat terrain, and it is conceived for families of four members. The family house is designed as a stand-alone, one-floor, partly made cellar, with a attic. There is also a workshop of PC servis in the house. The main entrance is at the level of the 1st floor located to northl. The main rooms are oriented to the south. Vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling construction is made of bricks with miako inserts and ceramic concrete joists. The detached house is topped by a gabled roof. The project was prepared using the computer program ArchiCAD. When processing, the emphasis was put on the correct layout, architectural solutions, static requirements and safe use of the building.
