Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rodinného domu s fitness v Sezemicích u Pardubic. Jedná se o částečně podsklepený dvoupodlažní rodinný dům. Objekt je zastřešen pultovou střechou. V objektu se nachází provozovna.
