| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení stávajícího stavu a výkonnosti vybraného podniku NC Line, a.s. s využitím konceptu Balanced Scorecard. V teoretické části diplomové práce bude vymezen samotný pojem výkonnost podniku a její měření pomocí různých metodik a následně detailněji rozebrán koncept metody Balanced Scorecard. V analytické části bude představen vybraný podnik, popsána jeho nynější situace pomocí provedení některých analýz a následně bude práce pokračovat se zjištěnými skutečnostmi v návaznosti na použití a implementaci metody Balanced Scorecard. V poslední části práce budou uvedeny doporučení vyplývající z celkové práce a návrhy na zlepšení výkonnosti podniku v následujícím období. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The master´s thesis is focused on the evaluation of the current state and business performance of the selected company NC Line, a.s. using the Balanced Scorecard concept. The theoretical part of the thesis will define the concept of company business performance and its measurement using various methodologies and then discuss the concept of the Balanced Scorecard method in more detail. In the analytical part, the selected enterprise will be introduced, its current situation will be described by performing some analyses and then the thesis will continue with the findings in relation to the application and implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method. In the last part of the thesis, recommendations resulting from the overall work and suggestions for improving the performance of the company in the following period will be given. | en |
