Adaptace základní školy v Krásně

Abstract

Moja bakalárska práca sa zaoberá zhotovením stavebnetechnického prieskumu, následne poľného náčrtu a zakreslenia skutočného stavu objektu základnej školy v Krásne, postavenej v roku 1933. Nakoľko o budove neexistujú žiadne technické záznamy. Vzhľadom k miestu situovania stavby a potrebám obce je navrhnutý nový účel využitia objektu, nakoľko pôvodnej funkcii už desať rokov neslúži a budova chátra. Po adaptácií bude objektu slúžiť ako: centrum voľného času, ambulancia a posilňovňa. V rámci zlepšenia tepelne technických vlastností je navrhnuté zateplenie kontaktným zateplovacím systémom ETICS, výmena jestvujúcich drevených okien za plastové a výmena strešnej krytiny. Jestvujúce hygienické zázemie je nevyhovujúce, a preto je navrhnuté ho zbúrať. Nové hygienické zázemie bude materiálovo aj dispozične spĺňať všetky požiadavky.This bachelor's thesis is concerned with creating constructional and technical research, followed by creating field sketch and delineating the real state of an object of primary school in village Krasno, build in 1933. There is no technical evidence about the construction.Due to the placement of the building and needs of the village there is new purpose of use designed as the building is not used anymore for its initial purpose and it is deteriorating. After the adaption, the object will be used for followed purposes: free time center, surgery and gym. In order to improve heat economy, there is designed insulation with contact insulating system ETICS, existing wooden windows will be exchanged by plastic windows as well as existing roof covering will be replaced by new one. Hygienic background is not meeting criteria and therefore it is suggested to break it down.New hygienic background is designed to meet all the criteria, material and disposition ones.
