dc.description.abstractProjekt zpracovává návrh zástavby trojúhelníkové parcely ve Starém Brně mezi ulicemi Pekařskou a Anenskou. Na svažitý pozemek jsou navrženy 3 nové objekty s veřejným vnitroblokem, v jehož středu jsou tři stromy a místo k sezení a odpočinku. Prostor je přístupný průchodem z Pekařské ulice nebo po schodech z Anenské. Objekty podél Pekařské i Anenské ulice jsou bytové domy s parterem pro komerci (kanceláře, posilovna). V cípu parcely je navržen garni hotel s kavárnou, která má možnost venkovního sezení na terase před budovou natočené k nemocnici sv.Anny a nebo ve vnitrobloku. Celkem je navrženo 28 bytů a 16 hotelových pokojů. Pod objekty jsou navrženy podzemní garáže.cs
dc.description.abstractThe diploma project makes a design for a development on the triangular area in Staré Brno between the Pekařská and Anenská street. To the sloping area are 3 new houses with a public court-yard designed. In the center of the courtyard, there are three trees and place for a sitting and relaxing. Aproach to this central space is from the Pekařská street through a passage or from the Anenská street with the stairs. Houses along the Pekařská and also Anenská street are apartment buildings with the ground floor for comerce (offices, fitness). In the end of the area, there is garni hotel with café designed. Café offers an opportunity to sit on the terrace in front of the house or at the court-yard.en
