Abstract
Diplomové práce se zabyvá návrhem motivačního systemu ve firmě. Prace je rozdělena do dvou častí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pracovní motivaci a odměňování zaměstnanců. Praktická část obsahuje analyzu motivačního systému, výsledky empirického šetření a návrh nového systému
The diploma thesis discourses Improvement Suggestion in the Firm of Motivation System. The thesis consists of two substructures. The theoretical part focuses on work motivation and remuneration of employees. The practical part includes the analysis of motivation system , the results of empirical investigation and the idea of new system.
