Abstract

Projekt řeší novostavbu polyfunkčního domu v Brně. Objekt má pět nadzemních podlaží a suterén. V prvním a druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou navrženy obchodní plochy a kavárna. V třetím až pátém nadzemním podlaží se nacházejí byty. Suterén slouží jako technické zázemí objektu a skladovací prostory pro uživatele bytů. Konstrukční systém tvoří železobetonový skelet doplněný zdivem z keramických tvárnic. Střecha je plochá s vegetativní vrstvou a s přístupem pro uživatele bytů.The project contains structural design of new multifunctional building in Brno. The building has five floors and a basement. In the first and second floor are designed stores and cafe. There are apartments in third to fifth floors. The basement serves as the technical background and storage space for users apartments. The structural system consists of reinforced concrete frame complete with walls of ceramic blocks. The roof is flat with a vegetative layer, and access for users apartmens.
