dc.description.abstract	Plavecké centrum se nachází na okraji městské části Brno – Židenice na mírně svažitém pozemku komplikovaného tvaru. Půdorysně návrh reaguje na tvar parcely a tvoří pomyslné „v“ spojením dvou různě dlouhých kvádrů. V jednom rameni je situován provoz plaveckého bazénu s nezbytným zázemím, který se otevírá přes dvě podlaží. V druhé části objektu je v prvním podlaží umístěno fitness, v druhém patře wellness. Všechny tyto provozy propojuje vstupní hala s recepcí a komunikačním jádrem. V patře je kolem celé haly navržena galerie, která umožňuje přístup do wellness, kanceláře a občerstvení a nabízí optické propojení mezi podlažími. Konstrukci plavecké haly tvoří dřevěné vazníky, které umožňují zkosený tvar střechy, díky kterému se objekt lépe přizpůsobuje okolí. Konstrukci zbytku objektu tvoří železobetonový skelet s doplňkovými ocelovými příhradovými konstrukcemi. Fasáda je řešena jako předsazená z tahokovu v kombinaci s proskleným pláštěm.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The swimming center is located on the very end of the district Brno – Zidenice on the slightly sloping parcel with irregular shape. As a reaction to the proportions of the lot, the mass of the building can be described as a complex of two blocks which creates “v” form. In the one of the wing there is a swimming center with the light height of two floors. In the second section, the fitness is placed on the first floor and the wellness on the second floor. Entrance hall with a reception desk is the main connecting element from which you can enter all of the described areas. There is also a staircase and an elevator for an access to the second storey. On this level it is possible to walk on a gallery that allows visitors to enter wellness, snack bar or office but optical connection with lower floor as well. The roof above the swimming pool is proposed as made of wood tie beams. It is creating sloped surface that helps building to merge with surround. The rest of the construction is proposed from a reinforced concrete with an additional truss construction. Façade is designed from perforated metal plates in combination with glass façade.	en
