Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je rodinný dům s kadeřnictvím. Stavba je projektována v katastru obce Silůvky. Dům má jedno podzemní podlaží a dvě nadzemní podlaží. Objekt má jednu bytovou jednotku a jedno kadeřnictví. Kadeřnictví je součástí 1NP. Součástí objektu je garáž pro dva osobní automobily. Garáž je součástí podzemního podlaží. Dům je navržen z konstrukčního systému Porotherm. Střecha je šikmá dvouplášťová s dřevěnou nosnou konstrukcí.The theme of bachelor's thesis is a detached house with hairdressing saloon. The building is designed in the village Silůvky. The house has one underground floor and two above-ground floors. The building has a flat and a hairdressing saloon. Hairdressing saloon is part of the 1st floor. There is a garage for two cars in the house. The garage is part of the underground floor. The house is designed from the structural system Porotherm. The roof is slanting and double layer with a wooden substructures.
