Návrh modernizace IS společnosti z pohledu marketingové komunikace

Abstract

Bakalárská práce pojednává o návrhu rešení pro soukromou firmu podnikající v oblasti poskytování servisních služeb kancelárské techniky. Tyto návrhy se zamerují na novou komunikacní strategii firmy se zákazníky prostrednictvím internetu. Soucástí práce je také analýza soucasného stavu prostrednictvím pruzkumu mezi zákazníky spolecnosti. Výstupem práce je soubor konkrétních návrhu rešení problému, vcetne nové webové prezentace.The barchelor thesis deals with proposals of solutions for private company doing business in providing service for office equipment. These proposals focus on copany‘s new communication strategy with custommers via the internet. Barchelor thesis also includes analysis of current situation through a survey amog custommers. The output of this work is a set of concrete proposals for solving the problem, including a new website.
