Rodinný dům s lékárnou

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu s lékárnou v Šebetově. Objekt je navržen na rovinatém terénu. Vstup do lékárny je orientován na severovýchod a vstup do obytné části na severozápad. Skládá se ze dvou nadzemních podlaží a obytného podkroví. Rodinný dům je postaven ze stavebního systému porotherm. Stropní konstrukce je porotherm miako. Krov je sedlový se sklonem 40°. K objektu je z levé strany připojena garáž.The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is a newly built house with a pharmacy in Šebetov. The building is designed for a flat terrain. The entrance to the pharmacy is oriented to the northeast and the entrance to the residential part to the northwest. The building consists of two floors and an attic. The house is built of the building system porotherm. The ceiling construction is built of the system porotherm miako. The truss is a saddle with an inclination of 40 °. There is a garage attached to the left side of the building.
