dc.description.abstract	Rodinný dům je navržen jako zcela podsklepený objekt s jedním podzemním a dvěma nadzemními podlažími. Přístup do objektu je řešen pomocí železobetonového schodiště. Vjezd aut do garáže v 1.PP je ve sklonu 10%. Hlavní vstup do objektu se nachází v 1.NP do zádveří. V suterénu se nachází prostory pro parkování vozidel, kotelna s prádelnou, technická místnost, sklep, WC a schodiště vedoucí do 1.NP, kde je umístěn obývací pokoj propojený v jeden prostor s kuchyní a jídelnou, spíž, pracovna, koupelna s WC a schodiště vedoucí do 1.PP a 2.NP, ve kterém se nachází dva dětské pokoje, z nichž jeden je s balkónem, ložnice s šatnou, odkládací místnost, a koupelna s WC. Fasáda domu je tvořená kontaktním zateplovacím systémem, zastřešení je řešeno plochou střechou ve sklonu 3% s hydroizolační vrstvou šedé barvy. Objekt je založen na základových pasech s roznášecími deskami. Konstrukční systém 1.NP a 2.NP je zděný z keramických tvárnic POROTHERM 30 P+D, 1.PP z šalovacích tvárnic BEST 30 vyplněných betonem a vyztužených armovacími tyčemi (ztracené bednění). Stropní konstrukce tvoří keramobetonový strop POROTHERM tl. 250 mm s keramickými vložkami MIAKO. Objekt bude vytápěn plynovým kondenzačním kotlem, který je umístěn v 1.PP v kotelně.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The family house is designed as a full-basement structure, with one basement and two above grade storeys. The access to the building is realized by reinforced concrete stairway. Basement enter by car is under a tilt of 10%. The main entrance to the building is located on the first floor and leads you to the entry. Garage is located right in the basement as well as fire-room with laundry, technical room, cellar, WC and stairway leading to the first floor, where the living room linked by kitchen with dinning room is situated, as well as there is buttery, study room, bathroom with WC and stairway to basement and second floor there. In the second floor you can find two childrens’ rooms one of which dispose of balcony, then bedroom with dressing-room, storage room and bathroom with WC. The facade of the building is as External Thermal Insulation Contact System (ETICS), roofed by platform of 3% tilt covered by grey color hydro-insulation Construction of foundation is realized on strip footing and bearing plates. The structural system of first and second floor is brickwork consisting of ceramic building blocks POROTHERM 30 P+D, basement structural system is furring blocks grouted-in by concrete reinforced with steel bars (sacrificial formwork). The ceiling is realized as ceramic-concrete structure POROTHERM of thickness 250 mm. Heating is provided by gas condensing boiler, which is set in fire-room in basement.	en
