dc.description.abstractBudova je navržena jako polyfunkční dům. Parcela leží na nároží ulic Stará a Bratislavská. Tvar budovy vytváří veřejný prostor na ulici Bratislavská a soukromý prostor pro rezidenty za objektem. Budova se skládá ze 3 hmot, které na sebe navazují. Budova má 5 nadzemních podlaží a jedno podzemní. V podzemním podlaží je parkování. Funkce se nachází v 1. a částečně v druhém patře. Bydlení je ve 3 až 4. patře, částečně v 2. patře.cs
dc.description.abstractThe building is designed as a multi-functional building. Plot is located on the corner of Old and Bratislavska street. The shape of the building creates a public space on the street in Bratislavska and private space for residents in the building. The building consists of three materials that are logically connected. The building has five floors above ground and one underground. In the basement is parking. The function is located in the first part and the second floor. Housing is 3 to 4 floor, partly on the 2nd floor.en
