Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací novostavby rodinného domu. Objekt je jedna bytová jednotka, zčásti dvoupodlažní se sedlovou střechou, zčásti jednopodlažní s plochou střechou a je částečně podsklepený. Půdorysný tvar je sestaven ze tří na sebe přiléhajících obdélníků. Objekt je navržen z konstrukčního systému POROTHERM a v suterénu ze systému Prefa Brno.This bachelor thesis deals with the design documentation of a detached house. The building is a residential unit, partly two-storeyed with a gable roof, partly single-storeyed with a flat roof and a partially cellarage. Ground plan consists of three contiguous rectangles. The building is designed from the structural system POROTHERM and in the basement from the system Prefa Brno.
