dc.description.abstractKulturní centrum se nachází v brněnské části Starý Lískovec na Mikuláškově náměstí. Pozemek je terasovitého charakteru, je ohraničen zástavbou panelových domů. Ve spodní části se nachází dopravní uzel městské hromadné dopravy. Objekt je tvořen třemi hmotami – 2 kulturní sály a uprostřed obchodní pasáž. Obchodní pasáž kopíruje svah terénu, má tři podlaží, přičemž první a druhé je částečně zapuštěné do terénu. Velký sál se nachází na druhé terase a je napojen na 2.NP, malý sál je na třetí terase a je tedy napojen na 3.NP. Nosnou konstrukcí je železobetonový monolitický skelet v modulu 5x5m a 5x10m, v 1.NP tvoří obvodovou výplň železobetonová monolitická stěna, v dalších podlaží jsou to tvárnice YTONG. Jako zastřešení je zvolena plochá střecha. Schodiště jsou řešena jako eskalátory. Založení objektu je provedeno pomocí železobetonových pasů a patek.cs
dc.description.abstractCultural center is situated in a part of Brno Stary Liskovec at Mikulaskovo square. The land is terraced character, it is bordered by buildings of prefabricated houses, at the bottom is hub of public transport. The building is composed of three masses – two cultural halls and in the middle is shopping mall. Shopping mall replicates the terrain slopes, it has three floors where the first and second is partially embedded in the ground. The great hall is located on the second terrace and is connected to 2.NP, a small hall is on the third terrace and is connected to 3.NP. The bearing structure is reinforced concrete frame in the module 5x5m and 5x10m, the frame is lining concrete monolithic perimeter wall in 1.NP, in the others floors with blocks of YTONG. As the roofing is flat roof. Stairs are designed as escalators. Establishment of an object is made of reinforced concrete foundations pass and quiffs.en
