Měření a hodnocení výkonnosti podniku prostřednictvím metody benchmarkingu

Abstract

Bakalárska práca je zameraná na meranie a zhodnotenie výkonnosti spoločnosti BARZZUZ s.r.o. v porovnaní s vybranou konkurenciou v rovnakom odvetví. Práca sa skladá z nasledujúcich častí. Prvá časť je zameraná na teoretické východiská, kde sa venujem opisu rozličných metód finančnej analýzy a medzipodnikovému porovnávaniu. Následne v praktickej časti aplikujem postupy z teoretickej časti na konkrétne podniky. V poslednej časti zhodnotím dané situácie a porovnám so základným podnikom, za pomoci výsledných hodnôt a navrhnem riešenia a postupy, ktoré by mohli zefektívniť činnosť daného podniku.The bachelor thesis is focused on measuring and evaluating the performance of BARZZUZ s.r.o. compared to selected competitors in the same industry. The work consists of the following parts. The first part is focused on theoretical background, where I describe the various methods of financial analysis and intercompany comparison. Followed by the practical part, where I apply the procedures from the theoretical part to specific companies. In the last part I will evaluate the given situations and compare them with the main company, with the help of the results I will suggest solutions and procedures that could improve the activities of the company.
