Audit řízení rizik v systému managementu

Abstract

Diplomová práca analyzuje súčasný stav riadenia rizík výrobného procesu. V teoretickej časti práce je popísaný proces riadenia rizík, vybrané nástroje a metodiky identifikácie, analýzy a hodnotenia rizík. Praktická časť práce uvádza návrh metodiky auditovania riadenia rizík. Súčasťou práce je overenie jej aplikovateľnosti auditom vo výrobnej organizácii. Použitie metódy FMEA umožnilo praktické porozumenie procesu riadenia rizík a identifikáciu možných prevádzkových rizík k identifikácii rizikových oblastí.The master´s thesis analyses the current state of risk management of the production process. The theoretical part describes the risk management process, selected tools and methodologies for the identification, analysis and assessment. The practical part of the thesis provides a methodology for auditing risk management. One of the goals is to verify applicability of the audit in manufacturing organization. Practical understanding of the risk management process and identification of potential operational risks in the risk areas are analysed using FMEA method.
