Studie lisů na válcové a hranolovité balíky

Abstract

Obsah této bakalářské práce se zabývá popisem zemědělského lisu na hranolovité a válcové balíky určené pro formování slámy a pícniny. Zemědělské lisy se vyrábějí v mnoha variantách v závislosti na výrobci a použité technologii. V první části se práce zabývá rozdělením lisů a jejich stručnou charakteristikou. V další kapitole popisem lisu na hranolovité balíky a jeho nejdůležitějších části spolu s problematikou fungování sběracího, řezacího, předlisovacího, lisovacího a vázacího mechanismu, následovaným technickým popisem některých lisů na hranolovité balíky a uvedením nákladů na provoz těchto lisů. Dále se práce zabývá popisem a fungováním lisů na válcovité balíky - problematikou vázacího a lisovacího ústrojí a dalšími částmi stroje, s následným technickým popisem vybraných lisů spolu s uvedením nákladů na provoz.The content of this Bachelor thesis is concerned with the description of agricultural round and square balers for forming sliced bales of straw and fodder crops. Balers are manufactured in various types, depending on the producer and used technology. In the first section the theses is concerned with the division of balers and their brief characteristics. The following section includes detailed description of square baler functioning of its pick-up, cutting, pre-pressing, and binding mechanism, folowed by the technical parameters description of some square balers and the brief view of baler operating costs. Next section of this thesis is concerned with the round baler behaviour and its parts such as binding mechanism, pressing mechanism etc. After that follows the round baler technical description and the view of round baler operating costs.
