Návrh a ověření vlastností proudových zrcadel s bipolárními tranzistory

Abstract

Proudové zrcadla jsou stavebním kamenem většiny analogových i digitálních obvodu. Pomocí programu SNAP byly ověřeny vlastnosti proudových zrcadel s bipolárními tranzistory pomocí výstupního, vstupního odporu tranzistoru a strmosti tranzistorů. Dále byly důležité parametry vypočítány zjednodušeně pomocí zjednodušeného modelu tranzistoru. Pro každé ze zapojení proudových zrcadel byl vytvořen zjednodušený návrh výpočtů.Current mirrors are the pillars of most of the analogue and digital circuits. With the help of SNAP programme, the properties of the current mirrors with bipolar transistors were checked, using output and input transistor resistance and transistor steepness. For each of the involvement of current mirrors, the simplified design of calculations was created.
